Book Cover Designs

I have 3 separate covers for my first short story 'The Mandela Effect' and I'm putting it up for a vote across all the platforms I manage. Which of these 3 is the most effective and why?
The tagline that's in the 3rd, I want in the cover regardless of which cover I go with.
