Palette Knife Series - Southern States building with the CSX Train - Day 2
After the outline, I put down a very light base layer of oil and I'll let that dry overnight. This basically sets the base tones of everything. Originally I was going to have an orange sky, but with the red trains and green background, it was clashing too much.
