This is a wall mural for ICS - Independent Capacity System, Inc., an organization dedicated to helping adults with disabilities. ICS has a very positive history for ensuring the positive results for its clients. This is one of several murals that I did for ICS. This is in the main entrance. The clouds are for people to write their names in if they've assisted the facility.
